🌿 Blooming Nails by Caitlin — Booking Policy Thank you so much for choosing Blooming Nails by Caitlin! To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please take a moment to review the policies below: 📅 Booking Appointments • A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments. • Please arrive on time so we can complete your service without rushing. • If you are 10+ minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, adjusted, or rescheduled, and a fee may apply. 🤧 Sickness Policy • If you are feeling sick, showing symptoms of illness, or have been recently exposed to something contagious, please reschedule your appointment. • There is no penalty for rescheduling due to sickness as long as you notify me as soon as symptoms start. • For the health and safety of all clients, you may be asked to reschedule upon arrival if visible symptoms are present. •NO EXTRA GUEST/ CHILDREN •I DO NOT SERVICE ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 13. Unless it’s just polishing the natural nails. ❌ Cancellations & No-Shows • I understand things happen — truly! • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made under 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee. ok • No-call / no-shows will be charged 20% of service. • NON-REFUNDABLE 🔄 Repeat Cancellations • After 2 cancellations, you will be required to pay upfront to secure your next appointment. • This ensures your time is reserved and respected. 💳 Fees • Late cancellations: A fee of $15 will be charged to the card on file. • No-shows: Full or partial service fee may be charged depending on the appointment type. Failure to pay will result in being BANNED from booking. • A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED, NO DEPOSIT NO APPOINTMENT. This deposit does go towards your service, REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE AT APPOINTMENT. Deposit can be paid at the time of booking ! 📸 Content Notice • I may record or photograph your nails for content. • If you prefer not to be included, just let me know — no worries at all! I completely understand that life happens — kids, work, emergencies, and everything in between. Because of that, I try to be flexible when unexpected things come up.
